Passionflower induces sleep and reduces anxiety and tension. It may have a potentiating effect on sleep medications, benzodiazepines, and anxiolytics. Use caution when using sleep medications, tranquilizers, or anti-anxiety medications.
Do not use products containing valerian during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
