Delivery
Every order placed before 16:00 on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. After the package has been shipped by us, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code of PostNL. This allows you to easily track your order. Orders are almost always delivered the next business day in the Netherlands and Belgium. For a delivery abroad, the delivery time depends on the country of delivery and we can only give an estimate of the delivery time.
Yes, it is possible to collect your order from a PostNL Collection Point. You can easily select this option at checkout. Choose 'Pick up at PostNL Pick-up Point' for shipping option and then choose the nearest pick-up point based on your postcode. Did you order before 4:00 PM on weekdays? Then your order will be ready for you there the next working day.
Via the Track & Trace email. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us that your order has been shipped. As soon as your package has arrived at the PostNL sorting center, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace of your shipment. In some cases, this email ends up in your spam folder, so always check this.
Sustainability is an important value to us. For example, we only sell products that are made sustainably and are produced with the utmost care. We do the same with your order. No paper is lost when preparing your order and we do not use plastic as packaging material. If you do receive a package with plastic in it, it has been reused from shipments that we have received. Then we might as well reuse it than throw it away, right? In addition, we always pack your order in the smallest possible box, so that no extra padding material is used. In the event that you have ordered one or more items, but have not received these items, this can have several reasons. We always do our best to inform you in advance if we cannot send your order in full. No, unfortunately it is not possible to pick up your order at our office. We have an office with a packing and storage warehouse that is not accessible for pick up. For questions you can always reach us, this can be done viainfo@morgenisnu.nlor 0341 – 422 850.
