Every order placed before 16:00 on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. After the parcel has been dispatched by us, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace code from PostNL. This code makes it easy for you to follow your order. Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are almost always delivered the next working day. For delivery abroad, the delivery time depends on the country of delivery and we can only give an estimate of the delivery time.

    Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at a PostNL Pickup Point. You can easily select this option during checkout.     Sustainability is an important value for us. For example, we only sell products that are sustainably made and produced with the best care. We do the same with your order.
