He Shou Wu powdered extract is the extract of the highest quality prepared Polygonum multiflorum tubers grown in the remote high mountains of Yunnan, China. | Usage | Take 1 teaspoon. Put it in a cup and pour boiled water over it. Stir or shake until the powder is completely dissolved. Let it cool down to drinking temperature before drinking.
