Apply a few drops to your fingertips and then massage the oil into your scalp before washing your hair. Give the toner enough time to penetrate your scalp. Leave it on overnight for a super strengthening mask. Can also be applied to wet or dry hair in between washes. It strengthens hair strands from root to tip and soothes dry, flaky scalp. |
