| Usage | Gently massage 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of cream daily onto areas of thin skin where you blush, such as the neck, face, chest, inner arms or thighs, palms of the hands, or soles of the feet (unless hands or feet are calloused). The best approach is to divide the above amount into a larger dose at bedtime and a smaller dose in the morning. If this does not work well, choose another time of day. Rotate areas daily to avoid saturation. There is a small dot on the back of the Progesterin tube that can be used as a simple measuring device. If you apply a round, pea-sized blob of cream to your skin that is as wide as the dot, you are applying approximately 1/16 of a teaspoon of cream. To apply 1/8 teaspoon daily, apply two pea-sized dots. To apply 1/4 teaspoon, apply four pea-sized dots. |
