The author has experienced burnout twice herself and has set up a practice to prevent burnout in people, or to help them recover from it. In this book she wants to show that burnout can be a tool to live healthier and happier than before burnout. She discusses her radiate method, in which radiate is also an acronym for seven steps from awareness of your position, body, learning situation and ambition to recognition of yourself, your possibilities and intuition.
She addresses the reader personally and gives many instructions and assignments, tells practical stories, and asks questions to get him moving with a good feeling about himself.
She lets former patients speak with their names and passport photos about their experiences with burnout and the treatment method. A 'feel-good' book with an emphasis on doing, intended for people who are dealing with burnout.
