This is a unique B-complex formula. It contains high doses of B vitamins, from carefully selected sources, supplemented with the powerful herbs rhodiola and hawthorn.
Adapto B-Complex from Vimergy is a special blend of eight B vitamins from carefully selected sources. The formula contains unique, customized dosages of each vitamin. This is also an adaptogenic supplement, hence the name "Adapto", due to the addition of the herb rhodiola. In addition, it contains one of our favorite berries, namely the hawthorn berry. Adapto B-Complex is therefore a unique formula.
About the ingredients of Adapto B-Complex
If you are interested in healthy eating, a healthy lifestyle and/or the use of nutritional supplements, you have probably heard about the importance of B vitamins. Vitamin B is a collective name for eight different water-soluble vitamins. We also call these collectively vitamin B complex. These B vitamins all play an important role in cellular metabolism. In addition, they support the body in the harmful effects of psychological stress (vitamin B5), contribute to mental resilience and balance (vitamin B1, B3, B5, B8, B11 and B12) and have a supporting function in reducing fatigue (vitamin B1, B3 and B12). The daily intake of Adapto B-Complex helps prevent deficiencies of, among other things, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and pantothenic acid. The effect of the B vitamins is enhanced by the supporting herbs rhodiola and hawthorn.
