| Usage | When you put the oil in your mouth, let it move around your mouth. Do this slowly or you will get a cramp in your tongue. Suck, push and pull the oil as it were between your teeth (oil swishing). Do not gargle as you do with mouthwash, because apart from the fact that it is pointless, the risk of swallowing is even worse. Because of rinsing, the oil is full of bacteria and you do not want to swallow this. When the 10 minutes have passed, spit everything out, for example in the toilet. Use it max 1x per day. |
