Returns
Returning a product is no problem at all. Returns are possible within the 14-day inspection period or reflection period, unless we have made other arrangements with you. Returns are made in accordance with the General terms and conditions and products may of course not be damaged, used or handled carelessly. You can easily register a return via our own Returns portal. Please note: our returns portal is only for customers out of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Specific questions about returns? This varies per article, brand and type of product. Often the term and content of the manufacturer's warranty can be found in the user manual of the article. If you have specific questions about the warranty, it is best to contact us viainfo@morgenisnu.nlor 0341 – 422 850. We will then see what we can do for you. Morgen is Nu is of course responsible for the correct handling of problems with warranty.
Are you for whatever reason not satisfied with the delivery, or did you accidentally order the wrong item? Then it is of course possible to return your order. You can do this via our Returns portalIf for some reason this is not possible, the return can be sent to the address below.

If you have returned an order or product to us, we will do our best to refund the amount on the day of receipt, and in any case within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be made, unless otherwise agreed, via the same payment method as the customer used to make the payment. For example, if you made the payment with PayPal, you will receive the amount back into your PayPal account. The same applies to all other payment methods.
Returning a product is no problem at all. Report a return via ourReturns portalis possible within the 14-day cooling-off period. You then have 14 days to return the order. However, we do have a number of conditions for returning orders or products:
- Within 14 working days of receipt;
- With the original purchase confirmation;
- The products are complete, not used, consumed or damaged;
- The product is, if reasonably possible, in the original, undamaged shipping packaging;
- We reserve the right to charge a fee in the event of damage to returned items or packaging.
For a number of products an exclusion applies. Articles that meet these conditions can unfortunately not be exchanged or returned:
- Products that can spoil quickly, such as food;
- Cosmetic products which, for reasons of hygiene, have been (clearly) used after our inspection and/or are no longer sealed;
- Hygiene products such as cosmetics, or products posing a health risk, which were sealed and the seal has been broken;
- Time-bound products;
- Products made especially for you.
For hygienic reasons, we can only accept cosmetic items if they are unused and/or sealed. After receiving a cosmetic product back, we will inspect it to see if it is actually unused and/or sealed. In the event that a product is returned to us in an unacceptable condition, we may return this product to you.
You can easily return your ordered products to us via our own Returns portalWithin the cooling-off period or reflection period of 14 days you can indicate that you want to return your ordered product(s) to us. Once the returned shipment has been received, the amount of the returned products will be refunded within 7 days at the latest. The costs for returning are for the account of the customer.
