You can view 'My account' after you have logged in. No account yet? Then you can first register. In 'My account' you can find all practical information about your orders and your details. This way you can see the latest orders, find track & trace, download invoices, change address details, change password and download instructions for products you bought from us.
Many of the products we sell come with instructions for use. This way, you always know what the product is for and how to use it. With sustainability in mind, we have decided to make these instructions available online when you have purchased a product. The advantage is that no paper is wasted and that the instructions for use can be downloaded and viewed at any time. You can easily view and download the instructions for use when you are in the 'My account' environment. When you click on 'Downloads' in the menu, you will see an overview of all products that come with instructions for use. You can then easily download these.
Yes, this is certainly possible. When you are in the 'My account' environment, click on 'Addresses' in the menu. Here you can easily and quickly change both your billing address and shipping address. Of course, it is also possible to change these addresses when you place an order. The addresses will then change by default in your account.
Changing your password yourself is very easy. When you are in the 'My account' environment, click on 'Account details' in the menu. Here you can easily and quickly create a new password based on your current password. Do you no longer know your current password? Then it is easiest to log out and then request a new password via 'Forgotten password' when you want to log in again.
Yes, you can easily download your old invoices yourself. When you are in the 'My account' environment, click on 'Orders' in the menu. Here you will see the order overview. Under 'Actions' you can then download your invoice. It is also possible to click on the order for which you want the invoice and then download the invoice on the order page. Invoices can only be downloaded in PDF format.
