Contact us as soon as possible

We would like to receive your complaint as soon as possible, so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible. You can do this via the contact options above. We always ensure that you receive it within 24 hours receive a response from us with a solution to your problem. We will then take immediate action to resolve your complaint.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur Foundation. As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

If the complaint relates to quality, shelf life, ingredients or allergens, we may ask you to complete a complaint form in connection with our food safety plan.
