Order
If you want to order a product, click on the item and then on 'Add to cart', or click directly on the shopping cart icon in a product overview. The product will then be placed in your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page. Here you can remove products, adjust quantities or enter a possible discount code. Then click on the 'Checkout' button. Here you can enter the desired shipping and billing address and continue to the payment.
It is not possible to change an order yourself after the order has been paid. We do this, among other things, to protect your data. If you want to change an order because you ordered or filled in something incorrectly, you can always contact us by sending an email to orders@morgenisnu.nl. We will change your order within 24 hours. This is no longer possible if your order has already been shipped, so preferably email immediately after placing the order or in any case as soon as possible after you have noticed that an error has occurred.
You ordered the wrong item or you want a different product? That is possible, because as long as your order has not been packed and shipped, you can easily cancel your order. Mail us atorders@morgenisnu.nlwith the order number and your name, we will cancel your order and immediately refund the amount paid.
In some cases, the confirmation email does not arrive correctly. For example, it may be blocked by the spam filter of your email program. Therefore, always check your order overview inMy account. Is the order listed? Then you can be sure that your order has come through. Even if the amount has been debited from your bank account, the order is guaranteed to have arrived at our place. Are you still in doubt? You can always contact us by sending an e-mail toorders@morgenisnu.nl.
You can view the status of your order at any time in theMy account environment. When you click on Orders in the left menu, you will see all your orders and their status. You can also download the invoice for your order, reorder the products and track the shipment of the order in question.
No, you can also order from us as a guest. Of course, we do need your email and address details. Are you planning to order from us more often? That's great! It is useful to create an account. That will save time the next time. And... regular customers regularly receive a little extra from us. Of course, you are not obliged to create an account.
