This is perfectly normal. To remedy this, at the start of your morning or evening self-care routine, place the bottle in the sink with some warm water or take the bottle into the shower. As the warm water warms the bottle, the wax will become liquid. Then simply shake the bottle to combine the ingredients and it is ready to use.
