Samento is a South American climbing plant that is also called Cat's Claw. Its Latin name is Uncaria Tomentosa.This powerful plant has been used for centuries by the native Indian population.
The variant used to make Samento contains many POAs (Pentacyclic Oxyindole Alkaloids). Samento does not contain TOAs, which means that the tetracyclic oxindole alkaloids have been removed from this tincture. TOA is a substance that greatly reduces the positive influence of the POAs.
