Because coconut oil is 100% natural and consists of very small molecules, it actually penetrates your skin. This is in contrast to mineral oil such as Vaseline, which completely seals the skin. Coconut oil contains the very healthy lauric acid. This acid has exactly the same acidity as your skin and is really good for the skin. You can also use coconut oil as a lip balm, hand cream and massage oil.
For consumption:
This cold-pressed coconut oil makes your fries super healthy, deliciously tasty, soft in taste and extra easily digestible. You can also spread coconut fat on your sandwich. On bread you will taste a light coconut flavour. When heated it gives a soft flavour to all your dishes. Do not heat above 170 to 180°C. With normal frying use, this coconut oil can last 50 times if filtered regularly.
Spreadable at room temperature, liquid from 20-30°C.
