I have a discount code, where can I enter it?
If you have a discount code from us, you can enter it at two points during the ordering process: in the shopping cart and on the checkout page. In the shopping cart there is a bar with "Add discount code" and on the checkout page there is a message at the top of the page "Do you have a discount coupon?", when you click on it you can enter the relevant discount code. If the discount is processed, the discount amount will be deducted from the total price. The discount amount will also be shown separately.
My payment failed/refused, what now?
Sometimes it can happen that something goes wrong during an order or payment. There may be a technical malfunction at the bank or incorrectly entered data. We will do everything we can to help you. Have you noticed that your order is not coming through or are you having similar problems? Please contact us by sending an email to orders@morgenisnu.nl. We will help you as soon as possible with your order and your payment and in any case within 24 hours.
Do I pay extra for certain payment methods?
No, you pay nothing extra for a certain payment method. No matter which payment method you choose, we will never charge you for it.
How do I know that my payment is secure?
For all online payments we use an SSL-connection / Secure Sockets Layer connection. You can recognise this by the padlock in front of the URL in the address bar of your browser. An SSL connection means that all personal data you entrust us with is encrypted. This means that no one else can ever see your information.
