  • When can I expect a refund?

    If you have returned an order or a product to us, we will do our best to issue a refund on the day we receive it, and in any event within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will, unless otherwise agreed, be made via the same payment method with which the customer made the payment. For example, if you paid by PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. The same applies to all other payment methods.

  • What is your process for returns?

    Returning your ordered products is very easy with us. Within the trial period of 14 days you can indicate that you want to return your ordered product(s) to us. You then have 14 days to return the order. Please notify us before you send back your order by written, digital or telephone way. Once the returned shipment has been received, the amount of the returned products will be refunded within 7 days. The costs for the return are for the customer.

    • The products are complete, not used, consumed or damaged;
    • The product is, if reasonably possible, in the original, undamaged shipping packaging;
    • We reserve the right to charge for any damage to returned items or packaging.


    A number of products are excluded. Items that meet these conditions cannot be exchanged or returned:

    • Products that spoil quickly, such as food;
    • Hygienic products, or products with a health risk, which were sealed and whose seal has been broken;
    • Time-based products, e.g. tickets for a lecture;
    • Products that are uniquely made for you.
  • How long is the warranty period on your products?
