Hawthorn: one of the most prized plants

Hawthorn, or Hawthorn, has been used by humans for at least 12,000 years, according to archaeological findings. Hawthorn's berries in particular have been popular for hundreds, if not thousands, of years. The thorny shrub is native to Europe and Siberia. The shrub has also been brought to North America in the past, where it also does well. Other varieties of hawthorn are found in western Asia and northwest Africa. Hawthorn used to be widely planted in hedgerows in the Netherlands as a separation for livestock. In some places, such as the Maasheggen area in northeastern North Brabant, this can still be clearly seen.

The hawthorn has been one of the most widely used herbs at home and abroad for years. The berries of the hawthorn are edible. You can eat them directly or use them in jam. Besides the berries, the leaves and flowers also find their way into traditional herbal medicine. Because of its traditional use, science is also interested in the hawthorn. There is a lot of research going on into the contents and effects of the hawthorn. The main active substances are polyphenols, flavonoids and oligomeric procyanidin. The hawthorn contributes to the normal functioning of the heart and blood vessels* and is good for blood pressure*.

Hawthorn and Nature's Answer

Frank d'Amelio, owner of Nature's Answer is convinced that the strength of a plant lies in the natural proportions of its components. His goal with Nature's Answer is to create liquid herbal extracts with a holistic view on the plant. After much research he developed a production process to mimic the natural balance of the plant. So no heat, no deposits, no chemical additives and no alcohol.

The Bio-Chelated process from Nature's Answer simulates the plant's ability to retain active ingredients in a colloidal aqueous environment. In order to simulate the plant environment, each plant must be cold extracted with its own optimal extraction solvent that consists of a research-determined ratio of different natural liquids.

The result is this liquid Hawthorn extract with the disposal of the full spectrum of the plant. This makes the extract perfectly balanced with the maximum potency of the herb, without a single molecule of an unwanted carrier. Holistic balanced, the power of nature concentrated in a bottle.
