Returns

Returning a product is no problem at all. Returns are possible within the trial or reflection period of 14 days, unless we have made other arrangements with you. Returns are in accordance with the General conditions and products must of course not be damaged, used or carelessly handled. You can easily register a return via our own Return portal.   • What is your process for returns?

    You can easily return your ordered products via our own Return portal. Within the trial or reflection period of 14 days you can indicate that you want to return your ordered product(s) to us. Once the returned shipment is received, the amount of the returned products will be refunded within 7 days. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

  • What are your conditions for returns?

    Returning a product is no problem at all. Report a return via our Return portal is possible within the trial or reflection period of 14 days. You then have 14 days to return the order. However, we do have some conditions for returning orders or products:

    • Within 14 working days of receipt;
    • With the original purchase receipt;
    • The products are complete, unused, consumed or damaged;
    • The product, if, reasonably possible, is in the original, undamaged shipping package;
    • We reserve the right to charge fees in case of damage to returned items or packaging.

     

    Some products are subject to exclusions. Items meeting these conditions unfortunately cannot be exchanged or returned:

    • Products that can spoil quickly, such as food;
    • Cosmetic products, which for reasons of hygiene, after our inspection have been (obviously) used and/or are no longer sealed;
    • Hygienic products such as cosmetics, or products with a health risk, which were sealed and whose seal has been broken;
    • Time-based products;
    • Products made just for you.

     

    Due to hygienic reasons, we can only accept cosmetics items if they are still unused and/or sealed. After receiving a cosmetic product back, we perform an inspection to see if it is actually unused and/or still sealed. In case a product is returned to us in an unacceptable condition, we may return it to you.

  • In what time frame can I expect a refund?

    If you have returned an order or product to us, we will do our best to issue a refund on the day of receipt, and in any case within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are made, unless otherwise agreed, via the same payment method used by the customer to make the payment. For example, if you made the payment with PayPal, you will receive the amount back to your PayPal account. The same applies to all other payment methods.

  • To what address can I return my order?

    Are you not satisfied with the delivery for whatever reason, or did you accidentally order the wrong item? Then of course it is possible to return your order. You can do this through our Return portal. Should that not be possible for some reason, then the return can be sent to the address below.

  • How long is the warranty period of your products?

    This varies by item, brand and type of product. Often the term and content of the manufacturer's warranty can be found in the product's user manual. If you have specific questions about warranty, please contact us at info@morgenisnu.nl or 0341 - 422 850. Then we will see what we can do for you. Morgen is Nu is of course responsible for the proper handling of warranty issues.
